without a doubt i am a big final fantasy gamer, and in my opinion there is no better rpg series.

Final fantasy is a very overrated game series. played most of them and wasn't impressed. they all seem to be about the same thing. bad guy wants to destroy world. confused good guy trys to stop him. nothing special. i like the .hack games personaly. the idea of playing an mmo without playing one was original.

yeah i played .hack g.u. vol. 3 redemption beat it real easy, did everything, got all the characters, and my favorite was shino. It was a good game but i couldn't play it again. I've played through FF7 and FF8 at least 5 times each they never get old, but i guess everyone has their own preferences

I am going to have to go with FF also.

why does everyone like final fantasy? ther are thousands of better rpgs out there

Final Fantasy may have the same old thing. But this same old thing is what people have been loving for centuries. Yes there are tons of better designed RPGS out there.
